The WISA app does not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal or sensitive user data.
All permissions requested are used strictly for core functionality.
Personal & Sensitive User Data Status
The app does not access the following:
- Contacts / Phonebook
- SMS or Call Logs
- Financial or Payment Information
- Health or Fitness Data
- Microphone or Camera (unless initiated by the user)
- Installed Apps List
- Advertising ID
- Login Credentials
- Any other sensitive data defined by Google Play
Permissions Requested & Purpose
1. Location (Approximate / Precise)
Purpose: Used for geofence verification to ensure attendance is marked within authorized areas.
2. Camera Access
Purpose: Used only when the user initiates attendance marking. No background access.
Data Sharing
- No personal or sensitive data is shared with any third parties.
- No third‑party SDK collects personal user information.
Data Retention
- No personal or sensitive data is retained without user consent.
- All permission-based actions operate locally on the user’s device.
- Account information and authentication logs are retained for the duration of the active account.
- Session tokens are retained temporarily for security and authentication purposes.
- Location data (if enabled by the user) is only retained in mobile for 1 day
- Device ID collected from the mobile is not retained in mobile
- Audit and consent logs are retained as required for compliance and security.
